Once your order is processed & payment is cleared, goods will be shipped within 48 hours as long as
goods are in stock (in rare instance if they are not in stock we will inform you within 48 hours of this). |

We offer a special postage rate for all orders placed online - $10.00 flat rate.
All orders are sent via postal courier service to ensure fast & safe delivery to your door. As a signature
is required on delivery, we suggest a work address or P.O. Box if you think you wont be home to sign
for your delivery.
If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mail box, and you
will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Australia Post Office.
Please allow 3-7 working days for your order to arrive. Delivery lead times depend on which state you
live.
If you require express post or courier, this can be arranged for an additional fee by emailing us on

| International Air Mail |
Any orders placed internationally will be sent via Airmail. Local postal guidelines apply if no one is home
to receive the parcel.
We offer this method of postage as a less expensive way to receive our product abroad, but do not
accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced once delivered.
Please note a signature is not obtained using this postal method - therefore if there is any chance your
parcel may end up in the wrong hands, we strongly advise to use express courier postage method
(where a signature is required).
Please see the table below for delivery rates based on parcel weight.

This option is highly recommended if you have a non secure means of receiving your mail, as a
signature is required to receive your parcel.
We recommend you advise a work address if you think you may not be home to receive your delivery.
If for any reason your package is returned to Australia, and needs to be resent additional postage
charges will apply.
For all International orders we allow up to 20 working days to reach you, but due to each countries
customs procedures & postal services, the time will vary some may take longer. We are unfortunately
not responsible for any delays.
We DO NOT accept delivery to Post Office boxes for international deliveries. |
